1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Day2Days. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Day2Days website, mobile application, and related services (together, the "Platform"), operated by DishNet Africa Ltd (operating as Day2Days) in Kampala, Uganda.
By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. DEFINITIONS
- "Day2Days," "we," "us," "our" refers to DishNet Africa Ltd operating as Day2Days.
- "Customer," "you," "your" refers to any person who creates an account, places an order, or otherwise uses the Platform.
- "Platform" means the Day2Days website, mobile application, and related services.
- "Partner Store" means a retailer, supermarket, restaurant, or other vendor whose products are listed on the Platform.
- "Delivery Rider" means an independent rider who collects and delivers orders.
- "Order" means a request placed through the Platform for the delivery of products from a Partner Store.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders on Day2Days. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Certain products (such as alcoholic beverages) are restricted to customers who meet specific legal age requirements. You agree not to attempt to purchase such products if you do not meet those requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion where these Terms are breached or where we suspect fraud or misuse.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information, including your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at info@day2days.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You may only register one account per person. We reserve the right to close duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

5. ORDERING AND DELIVERY
Placing an order. When you place an order through the Platform, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed at the prices shown. Day2Days accepts your offer when the order is confirmed.
Delivery times. Estimated delivery times shown on the Platform are approximate. Actual delivery times may vary depending on traffic, weather, partner store preparation time, and other factors.
Delivery address. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive the order. If we cannot deliver due to incorrect address, no answer, or unavailability, the order may be cancelled or charged a redelivery fee.
Product availability. Products are subject to availability at the Partner Store. If an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a substitute or refund.
Substitutions. Where you have permitted substitutions, our Delivery Rider may select a similar item if the original is unavailable. You may reject a substitution at delivery.

6. PRICING, PAYMENT, AND RECEIPTS
Prices. All prices on the Platform are shown in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time before you place an order.
Delivery fees. A delivery fee may apply to each order. The fee is displayed before you confirm the order.
Payment methods. We accept payment by mobile money, debit/credit card, and cash on delivery, where available. Payment is processed by authorised third-party payment service providers.
Cash on delivery. If you select cash on delivery, you must pay the exact amount to the Delivery Rider on receipt. Failure to pay may result in the order being returned and your account suspended.
Receipts. A digital receipt is sent to your registered email or shown in the app after each order.
Promo codes and discounts. Promotional codes are subject to specific terms and may have expiry dates, usage limits, or product restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel promo codes obtained through fraud or misuse.

7. CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, AND RETURNS
Cancellation by you. You may cancel an order before the Partner Store begins preparing it without charge. After preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a charge.
Cancellation by us. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the delivery address is unreachable, payment fails, or we suspect fraud. In such cases, any prepaid amount will be refunded.
Refunds. Refunds are processed in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.
Damaged or wrong items. If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact info@day2days.com within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Perishable goods. Perishable items (fresh produce, dairy, meat, bakery, etc.) are not returnable once accepted, unless damaged or incorrectly delivered.

8. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
By using the Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
- Not misuse promo codes, payment methods, or rider/customer support systems.
- Treat Delivery Riders and customer support staff with respect.
- Not attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the Platform.
- Not use the Platform to harass, threaten, or harm any person.
Breach of these responsibilities may result in account suspension or termination, and we may take legal action where appropriate.

9. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIMITATIONS
We will make reasonable efforts to:
- Display accurate product information, prices, and availability.
- Deliver orders within the estimated time shown.
- Provide responsive customer support.
- Protect your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
However, to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Day2Days is not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, traffic, road closures, fuel shortages, strikes, or actions of government authorities.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted Platform availability.
- Product details (ingredients, allergens, weights) are supplied by Partner Stores. You are responsible for verifying suitability, especially for allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

10. PARTNER STORES AND THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS
Day2Days acts as a platform connecting customers with Partner Stores. We facilitate ordering and delivery but are not the manufacturer or original seller of most products.
Partner Stores are responsible for the quality, packaging, and accuracy of their products. Where issues arise, we will work with you and the Partner Store to resolve them.
Listings, photos, and descriptions on the Platform are provided in good faith but may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders affected by them.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Day2Days name, logo, Platform design, content, and software are owned by DishNet Africa Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
- You breach these Terms.
- We suspect fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
- You repeatedly cancel orders, reject deliveries, or fail to pay.
- Required by law or court order.
You may close your account at any time by emailing info@day2days.com. Closing your account does not erase data that we are required to retain by law (such as tax records).

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our Platform. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved by the competent courts of Uganda, unless required otherwise by law.
Before taking legal action, we encourage you to contact us at info@day2days.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
